We provide assembly services and act as a service center providing added value processes, stock material and delivery. All our customers have specific needs. Services

Burning

Our oxy-fuel tables can burn up to 4" thick or more depending on the applications. Being able to burn up to six parts at one time makes it possible to complete any job quickly and accurately. Whether you have one custom drawing that needs to be engineered or many parts to complete a job-we can do that!

Fabrication

We understand that our customers have specific needs. As such, each fabrication job we perform is a one-of-a-kind, customer specific project that is engineered exactly to your unique specifications and use requirements.

Plasma

• .1" thick mild steel
• 1/2" thick stainless steel
• 1/2" thick aluminum

​Custom drawings and standard shapes.

Shearing/Blanking

• Mild steel ¼” thick measuring up to 10’ long
• Stainless steel is 1/8” thick for up to 10’ long
• Strip cut or manipulate square cuts

Whether you just need a square cut out of your material or multiple cuts for any job-we can do it!

Stock

We carry stock lengths of mild steel in anything you may need.

• Flat stock
• Solid round
• Angle, square
• Rectangle tube and pipe
• Sheet stock ranging from 20ga to ¼" thick: Sheet sizes are 4 x 8,​ 4 x 10, and 4 x 12
• HR plate ranging from 4/16" thick up to 5" thick

Our variety of cold rolled inventory is also growing! Let us know of anything you may need, and I am sure we can be of value.

Welding

• MIG & TIG welding
• Mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum
• Custom individual fabrication, production welding or fixture welding of multiple parts

• Saw cutting - We have production bundle cutting and precision CNC cutting capabilities. We are able to hold tight tolerances with any job.

• Waterjet - high pressure abrasive waterjet at 40,000 psi
